a. Do I need to take out travel insurance?

We continue to recommend you take out travel insurance prior to making your booking in case you need to cancel your forthcoming trip after the free cancellation period has elapsed.

b. Do you have parking available?

Yes, we have ample parking space. We also have disabled parking spaces available, if this is required please inform our team prior to arrival.

c. Is there a minibar in the room?

Yes, stocked with a selection of soft drinks, Prosecco and beer payable on checkout. There are also tea and coffee amenities for you to use free of charge.

d. Do you allow dogs into the hotel?

Yes, we are a dog friendly hotel, with a valeting charge of £10.00 per night, which includes a bespoke Welcome Pack. When booking, please inform our team that you will be bringing your furry friend and let us know the name of your dog(s). We don’t just want to make your stay as comfortable as possible; we also want to keep your dog happy too. We can provide treats, bowls and poo bags if they are needed. Coverack Beach at the bottom of our drive is dog friendly all year round.

e. Can we dine at the hotel with a dog?

Yes, guests with dogs can dine in the lounge area, outside on the terrace or in the gardens from the regular restaurant menu, Seasonal Lunch Specials or the All Day Bar Food menu.
